Purchase qualifying Selsun Blue products. Please see Terms & Conditions for list.
Save Receipt
Save the original, dated, store identified receipt (or packing slip for online purchases).
Submit Form
Complete the guarantee registration form by entering your name, address, phone, email, place of purchase, purchase date, purchase price, product purchased, payment option and the reason you are not satisfied with the product.
Upload
Upload a picture of your receipt from your qualifying purchase dated between May 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024.
Limit one (1) refund per household.
